February is a pivotal month for many University of Saskatchewan (USask) applicants. Grade 12 Term 1 exams are completed, and graduation, summer holidays and the start of university in the fall feel closer than ever!

March 1 deadline to submit awards applications and supporting documentsIt👏Is👏Time👏to get those scholarships applications and documents in. Friday, March 1 is the last day for students who applied for admission by Feb. 15 to apply for Competitive Entrance Awards—scholarships and bursaries valued between $500 and $32,000 open to students with diverse experiences—including submitting all supporting documents. Competitive Entrance Awards While consideration for some international student awards is automatic (no separate award application needed), March 1 is the last day to apply and submit supporting documents for Canadian Curriculum Schools Awards and Council of International Schools Awards. International student awards Ordering transcriptsGrade 12 Term 1 exams may be over, but have students submitted those grades to go with their admission and award applications? Students should check their application status and submit any missing supplemental items—like transcripts—as soon as possible. Saskatchewan students in particular should check whether their Grade 12 Term 1 transcript from the Ministry of Education has been marked as received on or after Feb. 20. If it hasn't been received by then, they should check whether they included this transcript in their order by reviewing the email receipt from the Ministry of Education. Students who did not include "after January exams" in their order should submit a new transcript request to the Ministry before March 1. Find deadlines to request a change to their start term online. Canadian citizens and permanent residents who haven't applied for admission yet have until May 1 to apply for most undergraduate programs accepting students for the 2024 Summer Term.
