CONTACT RECRUITMENT Program Spotlight: Bachelor of Science We are thrilled to announce our new Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) - General at Capilano University! Working in small classes under the guidance and mentorship of our expert faculty, your students will gain the skills needed for current science careers through hands-on lab and field work. They’ll also get to collaborate with local partner organizations, developing real solutions to problems impacting our region. In addition to core courses in biology, chemistry, physics, computing science, mathematics and statistics, they’ll choose one of three career specializations:
FIND MORE INFODOWNLOAD PROGRAM CARD (PDF) UBC Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program requirements CapU’s B.Sc. General program when taken full-time is a 30-credit per year program. Your students can easily meet the 48 credits for transfer to UBC’s BSN program within 2 years, which will include the 3 credits of English. They just need to choose as their electives: BIOL 112 and 113, which are the Human anatomy and Physiology courses at CapU. For more information, see the full list of UBC BSN pre-requisites. VISIT UBC BSN TO LEARN MORE Capilano Community Leadership Awards (CCLA) Have you nominated any students for a CCLA yet? Each year, CapU recognizes 20 B.C. high school students who have demonstrated leadership, volunteerism and academic excellence. Awards are valued at up to $2,500. Students do not have to be admitted into a CapU program at the time of nomination and you can submit as many nominations as you like! One student per school will receive an award.
