FIND MORE INFO Event: Information Session- School of Tourism Management You and your students are invited to join our School of Tourism Management for an information session on October 14th at 7pm. RSVP: HERE Program spotlight: Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate, School of Legal Studies How can I start a career, not just a job? Most Grade 12 students face this dilemma when considering life after high school. The Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) Certificate is a two-term program that features a two-week practicum, boasts almost 100% employment rate for graduates and leads to an in-demand career with competitive starting salaries. Three ways to study CapU offers three ways to study: join us in North Vancouver for the full-time cohort in September; skip the traffic and enroll in the full-time online (scheduled) cohort in January; or study part-time while working full-time in the online program. Capilano University has been a leader in legal education for over five decades. The LAA Certificate educates and trains students in legal procedures and administrative skills, offers networking opportunities, and, as mentioned above, provides a valuable two-week work practicum. Our grads go on to have successful careers as LAAs. Many continue their learning with us in the Paralegal Certificate or the Bachelor of Legal Studies (Paralegal) degree programs. Now is a great time to start your journey with the School of Legal Studies! Contact [email protected] and visit the Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate page for more information.
