Hello
We are hoping to generate interest in our Navigating the Holidays Grief Workshop for families grieving the loss of a loved one in the past year or so. The workshop offers both information, tips and a fun craft to help prepare families for the holidays. FYI: The workshops are free and families will be making Christmas crackers and adding their thoughts, stories or a wish that they can share at Christmas in memory of the person who died.
