I wanted to reach out to let you know about our FREE upcoming Y Mind Teen program this spring at the Kamloops YMCA.
Y Mind Teen is a 7-week program that supports teens ages 13 to 17 who are experiencing stress, worries and mild/moderate symptoms of anxiety to learn and practice healthy coping strategies. Our groups provide an opportunity for teens to learn within a safe, comfortable and fun environment, surrounded by other teens experiencing similar thoughts and feelings. Our spring dates are Tuesdays, April 30 - June 11 from 6 pm to 7:30 pm at the John Tod Y (150 Wood Street). For anyone interested, we ask that they attend one of our upcoming information sessions. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if you would like to register a teen for an information session.
